Are you struggling with a chronical disease? Or maybe things like depression or anxiety? Well this post is about I deal with those things, creating a path of positivity.

Obviously this doesn't happen in a day. I've been trying to think this way over 2 years since I was diagnosed with a panick disorder and the syndrom of irritable bowel.

Suffering with my lack of motivation and not having much hope, I kinda had to "force" it into my life, to make it a part of the routine.

So here's what I did:

1) Treat yourself: If you are lacking motivation or you're feeling unhappy, or even in pain, what you can do is treat yourself like a total king/queen. I personally love collecting books, lipsticks and shoes. So I worked to save money and spoiled myself. This will give you a nice self esteem boost. However this will be short, so let's jump to the second step

2) Find a hobby you enjoy: Can be a hobby that is more to the physical side (like yoga, jogging, dance classes, etc) or intelectual (learning a language , reading, writing, even sharing about your struggles in a blog like I do!) .

Having your mind focoused is VERY important. Will keep you feeling motivated and accomplished!

3) Treat your body like a temple: This is quite obvious, however many people still ignore it. Eating healthy and daily exercise is absolutly important to a healthy mind aswell.

In terms of eating I have some advices: eat a bit of everything, however in balance. NEVER starve yourself. Also try to eat a portion of everything daily, from fruit, beans, rice, etc. However eating desert once in a while is also good for you, specially if its dark chocolate.

For physical exercise I would say something you genuinly find yourself loving. For me walks around the beach, yoga and dancing work;

4) Socialising: So this I think alot of people struggle with. Fear not my friend, we all do. However is very possible to do so!

There are many fb pages that are loving and supportive. There are many blogs that also love to help. Same with youtube channels. So online you can enter these communities and talk to people. You'll notice some people are similar to you and with time you can develop some friendships.

However socialising actually outside is also important. If you struggle doing this my advice is to start frequenting a certain coffee shop for example. You'll start being recognized and welcomed there, and soon or later people will start talking to you.

So these are some of the things I use to keep myself positive. I know is hard but we all can do it.

Much love to all of you, Snowiii*
